Analyzes user behavior, product performance, and survey feedback; builds dashboards and communicates actionable insights to product, UX, and leadership teams. Collaborates with qualitative researchers, data engineering, and development teams to integrate survey data with behavioral analytics platforms and enable access to behavioral datasets across B2B and B2C products.

Build and ship cross-platform Electron desktop applications for macOS and Windows, integrating AI capabilities, enterprise systems, APIs, and secure identity services. Automate fragmented workflows through native-feeling experiences, local synchronization, notifications, and OS integrations. Own desktop release, testing, monitoring, and phased rollout practices while contributing to architecture, platform standards, user research, and stakeholder alignment. Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, design, architecture, and operations teams to deliver measurable business value.
