Teams at Petra Funds Group

Supports management company finance operations across intercompany settlements, portfolio company billing, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, vendor records, tax documentation, and quarterly invoicing. Maintains reconciliations, balance sheet support, aging reports, transaction schedules, and general ledger documentation. Requires hands-on NetSuite and Excel experience, strong ownership of collections and reconciliations, and professional communication with external stakeholders.

The Senior Fund Accountant will manage fund lifecycle activities, prepare financial statements and reports, and liaise with clients and auditors, ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Lead Petra's Strategic Partnership efforts for lift-out and co-sourcing engagements: own client relationships from proposal through execution, manage migrations and retention, coordinate legal and finance deliverables, partner closely with People/HR on talent and onboarding, support sales pipeline and marketing, and coach impacted employees to ensure seamless transitions and long-term client success.
