Lead construction administration for K-12 and higher education architecture projects. Serve as liaison among architects, clients, contractors, and consultants; review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; conduct site visits; manage bulletins, field issues, meetings, documentation, punch lists, and project closeout. Ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, codes, and standards while coordinating teams and maintaining construction quality.

Manage academic architectural projects (K-12 and higher education) including staffing, schedule, accounting, contracts, and public bid work; coordinate internal teams, consultants, owners, and contractors; maintain project records and logistics; advance project performance and sustainable design goals.

Lead technical development of architectural projects from pre-schematic through occupancy. Advance design and documentation, coordinate consultants, ensure code and zoning compliance, support bidding/ construction, mentor junior staff, and represent the firm with owners.
