Potential work spans mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and software engineering for unmanned tactical robotic systems, including design, development, integration, testing, debugging, and production support. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree or equivalent experience, hands-on engineering skills, strong troubleshooting ability, cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, and willingness to work with hardware and prototypes. ITAR eligibility requires U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or qualifying asylee/refugee status.

Drive software and integrated-system QA for UAV products across bench, simulation, and flight-test environments. Develop manual and automated tests, Python utilities, and CI/CD validation workflows; analyze defects, logs, telemetry, and system behavior; maintain QA documentation and test management records; support release readiness and corrective actions; collaborate with firmware, embedded, production, and flight-test teams; and mentor junior QA engineers.

Leads the development, standardization, delivery, and continuous improvement of sUAS training programs. Oversees instructional designers and curriculum developers, establishes training architecture and standards, evaluates instructors, manages curriculum lifecycle, supports product training launches, conducts audits and validations, and delivers technical and operational instruction across classroom, manufacturing, flight-line, customer, and field environments.
