Manage and support on-premises Microsoft Exchange, Proofpoint, Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments. Responsibilities include system monitoring, patching, backup and recovery testing, email retention, security hardening, virtualization architecture, hardware refreshes, performance optimization, migrations, automation, documentation, and after-hours support. The role requires onsite orientation and ongoing hybrid work in Boston.

Develop responsive Angular and Kendo UI frontends and secure .NET Core Web APIs using C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server. Integrate frontend and backend services, optimize database queries, perform accessibility and cross-browser testing with LambdaTest, apply OWASP security practices, write automated tests, participate in Agile ceremonies, manage code with TFS, support CI/CD, and conduct code reviews.
