Manage fleet operations and customer relationships while generating new sales. Maintain DOT driver qualification standards, ensure customer satisfaction, handle local travel within district, and perform hands-on operational tasks including occasional lifting and vehicle driving.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on diesel and gas vehicles, assist with diagnostics, complete DOT-regulated inspections, and learn skills through Penske training under supervision.

Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on truck and trailer equipment, diagnose engines/transmissions/differentials, perform road tests, maintain safe and clean work areas, use Penske tools and diagnostics to log repairs, mentor others, complete assigned projects, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and participate in required training.
