Join Penske as a Sales and Operations Management Trainee to learn sales, operations, finance, customer service and fleet management. Develop customer solutions, manage vehicle inventory and fleet productivity, generate leads, foster relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and perform DOT-regulated driving duties including operating 26' box trucks.

Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on truck and trailer equipment, diagnose engines/transmissions/differentials, perform road tests, maintain safe and clean work areas, use Penske tools and diagnostics to log repairs, mentor others, complete assigned projects, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and participate in required training.
