Manage end-to-end annuity new business transactions including complex case processing, application entry, requirements management, funding, issuance, and contract delivery. Communicate with financial professionals, resolve exceptions, mentor peers, support quality and process improvements, and use Microsoft 365 and AI tools to enhance productivity and documentation in a remote environment.

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform workforce planning and talent strategy. Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and business leaders to define metrics, validate and govern data, perform deep-dive analyses, support Prism integrations, and deliver executive-ready insights, documentation, and training to enable data-driven HR decisions.

Lead Workday HCM and Recruiting implementation and post-go-live support, including configuration, testing, integrations, reporting, data integrity, documentation, training, and system optimization. Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage releases, and drive process improvements to support HR operations and adoption.
