Manages a data engineering team responsible for scalable, reliable data pipelines, infrastructure, and analytics tooling. Provides mentorship, performance management, and technical leadership while coordinating with product, analytics, finance, compliance, engineering, and regulators. Prioritizes cross-functional projects, supports data architecture and governance, ensures performance and reliability, and operates within strict regulatory and audit requirements.

Lead the Core Products organization across identity and trust, payments and fraud, and internal tools. Set product strategy, manage multiple product teams, develop product leaders, and own customer journeys including onboarding, KYC, account access, funding, and withdrawals. Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Design, Analytics, and Operations to improve customer experience, manage regulatory and business risk, modernize internal workflows, and deliver scalable platform capabilities across online gaming and retail experiences.

Lead the Growth Platforms organization, owning product strategy and roadmaps for promotions, loyalty, CRM, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing data. Build unified promotional and customer data platforms across online gaming, sports betting, digital retail, and loyalty experiences. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Analytics to enable targeting, experimentation, measurement, and lifecycle marketing. Lead and develop Product Managers while aligning senior stakeholders across the business.
