Lead Pebl's global partnerships strategy to drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition. Build, recruit, onboard, and activate channel and referral partners; design co-sell/co-marketing motions; negotiate commercial agreements; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Growth; establish metrics, reporting, and operating models to scale partnership-driven revenue and expansion.

Lead global treasury and payments for a high-volume multi-currency business: own cross-border payment flows, cash forecasting, FX hedging, banking relationships, treasury controls, fraud prevention, and deploy AI/automation. Manage a team of four, partner cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Product, Ops), and support investor and M&A diligence while improving payment rails, liquidity, and provider economics.
