The Manager, Monitoring Coverage & Analytics leads assessments of transaction monitoring effectiveness, partners with analytics and operations teams, and supports regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include optimizing monitoring rules, analyzing metrics, and documenting findings for compliance.

Lead system planning, requirements definition, and platform architecture. Elicit and translate business needs into technical solutions, produce documentation, estimate effort/costs, work with engineering on user stories and delivery plans, troubleshoot systems, and continuously improve processes and platform reliability.

Develop and implement AI solutions, optimize models, preprocess data, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
