Conduct financial and credit reviews of third parties and key partners, assessing liquidity, solvency, profitability, capital adequacy, and bank exposure. Build exposure reporting, monitor risk metrics, and support partner reserve management. Test financial risk controls, challenge risk assessments and acceptance requests, and analyze data from enterprise systems and business intelligence platforms. The role supports enterprise third-party risk management within the second line of defense.

Leads enterprise internal and external communications, including executive messaging, media relations, employee engagement, corporate storytelling, crisis communications, change communications, and communication governance. Advises executives and business leaders while aligning messaging with company strategy, culture, performance, and stakeholder expectations. Oversees channels, content, campaigns, announcements, and communications effectiveness, using audience feedback and data to improve programs. Travel up to 10% is required.

Supports the organization’s risk management program by designing risk assessments, monitoring compliance with risk policies, analyzing variance trends, developing risk reports, and escalating issues. The role also contributes to risk management policies and procedures, performs problem resolution, and serves as a subject matter expert in an assigned risk discipline. It requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
