Translates business needs into technical requirements, leads stakeholder discovery, creates user stories and process documentation, performs impact analysis, and manages requirements across the SDLC. Partners with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams to support software delivery, integrations, UAT, releases, reporting, and process improvements. Uses advanced SQL and data analysis to validate requirements and inform decisions. Requires fluent English and Spanish communication.

The International Account Executive will drive sales growth, build client relationships, and promote advertising opportunities in the aviation industry, utilizing consultative selling strategies.

Own general ledger activities, reconciliations, month-end close, accounts receivable, billing, cash application, payroll and commission support. Prepare journal entries, financial reports, AR aging analyses, and audit documentation while ensuring GAAP compliance. Partner cross-functionally to resolve billing and payroll issues, improve accounting processes, maintain accurate records, and provide backup support to the broader Finance team.
