Leads design management for large-scale rail and transit design-build projects, including projects exceeding $1 billion. Responsibilities include directing multidisciplinary teams, managing scope and commercial performance, supporting marketing and pursuit strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering complex transportation infrastructure improvements across North America.

Lead operational planning and delivery for complex rail and transit programs, overseeing migrations, control systems, SOPs, control center design, performance metrics, client engagement, business development, and project team leadership across major rail projects.

Lead multi-discipline design teams for large rail and transit design-build projects. Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, stakeholder coordination, contract terms, and delivery from concept through final design to meet client and contractual requirements.
