Manage project planning, budgets, schedules, scope, client relationships, quality, safety, and integration with stakeholders, utilities, and construction partners from concept through 30% design.

Lead and manage engineering and design for road and highway projects in Massachusetts. Oversee civil design team deliverables and schedules from design through construction, ensure MassDOT-compliant engineering, maintain client relationships, pursue business development and proposal efforts, and remain technically engaged throughout project lifecycle.

Perform and oversee structural engineering design and analysis for rail and transit projects. Produce calculations, drawings, procurement and installation packages, reports, and supervise junior staff and CAD designers. Use CAD/BIM/CAE tools, ensure work quality, manage scope, schedule and budget, and travel to sites or suppliers as needed.

Serve as on-site CBRN Lead and site manager conducting detection operations, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining equipment and documentation, delivering training, producing SITREPs and AARs, supporting fleet and logistics, and traveling frequently to support deployments and special events.

Perform installation, relocation, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of NAS electronic systems (NAVAIDS, VHF/UHF, surveillance). Read schematics, use test equipment, document work, follow FAA procedures, and support field site activities with up to 100% travel.
