Manages strategic marketing planning, budgets, success metrics, and campaigns for healthcare institutes, service lines, programs, facilities, and physicians. Leads Marketing Specialists and executes marketing, community relations, and communications initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and preference among consumer and physician audiences. Collaborates with marketing leadership and service line teams while overseeing direct reports.

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud environments across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related services. Responsibilities include platform configuration, security and access management, environment refreshes, quarterly updates, performance monitoring, integration support through Oracle Integration Cloud, audit compliance, documentation, change management, and troubleshooting. The role partners with functional, infrastructure, security, integration, vendor, and project teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Develops and manages a system-wide provider onboarding program tailored to individual service lines. Partners with clinical and operational leaders to ensure onboarding requirements, including Joint Commission standards, are met. Analyzes turnover, engagement surveys, exit interviews, and provider feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Leads annual provider engagement surveys, develops action plans, and recommends retention initiatives to improve engagement and reduce turnover.

Provides project management services for information systems projects, including technology, business, and clinical system deployments. Leads project planning, requirements, resource allocation, schedules, risk and contingency planning, budgets, deliverables, and project teams. Coordinates activities, resolves conflicts, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, customer specifications, and established PMO methodologies.

Provides legal support for Parkview Health through contract drafting and negotiation, advises on business transactions and related legal matters, and supports healthcare compliance issues. The role requires broad contract law knowledge, strong communication skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. A law degree and bachelor’s degree are required; real estate and healthcare law experience are preferred.
