Lead engineering for Parento’s leave management, claims, employer and employee portals, internal tools, integrations, and databases. Build front-end mobile and web architecture, back-end applications, APIs, and responsive experiences while partnering with product, UX/UI, customers, and the CEO. Manage the engineering team, establish development processes, improve operational scalability, and directly contribute to programming and technical strategy.
