Provides senior legal and compliance guidance to Product and Engineering teams for software and AI products. Advises on privacy, security, intellectual property, licensing, export controls, sanctions, regulatory compliance, customer agreements, and commercial risks. Builds scalable legal review processes, supports incident and audit responses, protects innovations, negotiates product-related agreements, and translates complex legal and technical requirements into practical business guidance.

Supports the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program by monitoring compliance, maintaining risk registers, managing third-party vendor assessments, responding to RFPs and security questionnaires, updating policies, and coordinating SOC 2, ISO 27001, and DORA audits. The role includes control testing, evidence collection, remediation tracking, compliance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, Product, Security, and HR.

Leads Parallels’ governance, risk, and compliance program, including third-party risk management, customer security questionnaires, policy development, risk registers, control testing, audit readiness, and external audits. The role monitors regulatory and framework changes, manages security and privacy incidents, maintains the Trust Center, drives remediation, and oversees compliance training. It also leads cross-functional stakeholders, manages auditor relationships, and hires and develops GRC analysts.
