Hands-on Director of AI Engineering to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that automate internal operations. Lead a 2-4 engineer pod, ship production code, own AI automation roadmap, scout tooling, and hand off maintainable systems while driving measurable operational throughput gains.

Senior individual-contributor analyst leading end-to-end, high-stakes analyses, designing dashboards and reporting, mentoring analysts, applying statistical methods and causal inference, partnering with analytics engineering to shape warehouse models, and translating findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Owns employee engagement program execution, including annual company offsites, department gatherings, vendor and contract management, budgets, travel safety, recognition fulfillment, inclusion events, and program administration. Builds scalable planning tools and automations using AI, coordinates stakeholders, tracks participation and costs, and evaluates programs through engagement and feedback metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment with confidential information, and experience managing large events end to end.
