The Filmmaker at PandaDoc will manage all aspects of video production from concept to delivery, including shooting, editing, and collaborating with a team. They will also build AI-powered tools to enhance video production efficiency and manage a motion designer.

Lead PandaDoc’s content strategy and roadmap across formats (video, tools, webinars, customer stories). Partner with SEO, PMM, CX, and Brand Studio to produce and measure content that drives top-of-funnel attention and connects to pipeline and revenue. Set AI practices for content production, manage external contributors, and report performance to leadership.

Manages a mid-market and enterprise customer portfolio, building strategic relationships, guiding onboarding, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and supporting renewals and expansion. The role includes analyzing account metrics, leading escalations, developing success plans, collaborating cross-functionally, and using tools such as Salesforce, Planhat, Claude, Gong, and AI assistants to identify risks and opportunities.
