Provides Tier II technical support for application, hardware, network, server, workstation, cloud, and mobile-device issues. Troubleshoots Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; manages user accounts, permissions, and access rights; monitors systems and networks; documents resolutions; mentors junior staff; and supports software deployments, upgrades, and network projects. Tracks incident trends and root causes to improve IT service delivery and user experience.

Provides administrative and entry-level project management support by maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules, tracking tasks and dependencies, preparing status reports, supporting client communications, and assisting with project setup, billing readiness, change requests, and closeout. May manage minor projects under Regional Project Manager oversight while following standardized processes, governance requirements, and project management methodologies.
