Manage HubSpot, Salesforce integrations, WordPress lead capture, Braze journeys, audience segmentation, testing, and reporting. Build dashboards, multi-touch attribution, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI while partnering with Sales, Growth, and Client Success.

Provide 24/7 virtual triage and navigation via phone, messaging, video, and email. Document in EMR, follow validated triage protocols, troubleshoot patient technology, coordinate labs/medications/radiology, and work projects to improve telemedicine operations. Role requires alternating weekends and remote work from Puerto Rico.

Own and steward Pager Health's visual brand across marketing and sales. Create high-impact assets—presentations, social, web, motion, infographics—that translate complex healthcare and AI concepts into persuasive narratives. Build templates and visual systems, manage the design library, support sales and executive storytelling, and drive consistency and efficiency across cross-functional teams.
