Lead Pager Health’s enterprise data and reporting strategy, build a centralized data and reporting shared services function, own internal dashboards and client-facing analytics, partner with Product and Engineering on data architecture and governance, mentor data teams, prioritize and deliver data initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, automation, and data storytelling to support growth, efficiency, and client outcomes.

The Director of Product Management will lead the Navigation portfolio at Pager Health, focusing on product strategy, market alignment, coaching product managers, and ensuring commercial viability of solutions to improve access to care.

The Director of UI/UX oversees the design vision, leading a team to enhance user experiences across various platforms, focusing on intuitive, AI-enhanced design while ensuring collaboration with product and engineering teams.
