Designs and lays out HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems; performs load calculations, equipment selection, energy modeling, and mechanical engineering analysis. Prepares detailed project deliverables, interprets plans and specifications, applies building codes, supports cost estimates and quality management, communicates with clients and project teams, and contributes to site visits and reporting under the guidance of a lead engineer.

Leads complex building technology projects from concept through construction, managing teams, budgets, schedules, deliverables, client coordination, interdisciplinary design, code compliance, equipment selection, cost estimates, quality management, and site visits. Designs converged infrastructure systems including telecommunications, audiovisual, security, and healthcare technology. Provides technical mentorship, develops standards and processes, supports client relationships, and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record.

Support electrical system design for power distribution, lighting, and technology systems. Learn and apply Revit, AutoCAD, Easy Power, and electrical codes to perform load calculations, modeling, and code compliance under mentor guidance.
