Advises executives and stakeholders, ensures compliance with U.S. employment requirements, and improves recruiting and onboarding practices through data and feedback.

Lead and expand Oxfam America’s Inclusive Value Chains portfolio, overseeing multinational programs, corporate engagement, investor initiatives, grants, fundraising, partnerships, budgets, and monitoring and evaluation. Manage food, beverage, and agribusiness engagements focused on sustainability, climate, supply chain accountability, and worker justice. Supervise four professional employees, coordinate international stakeholders, represent Oxfam externally, and support strategic planning and resource allocation.

Leads cybersecurity, infrastructure, helpdesk, and IT asset operations across on-premise and cloud environments. Manages MSSP relationships, incident response, vulnerability remediation, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, patching, backups, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, Intune, and infrastructure documentation. Supervises helpdesk operations, supports hybrid meeting technology, oversees procurement and vendors, maintains asset inventories, and drives infrastructure upgrades, compliance, and security policy adherence.
