Provides executive leadership across Finance, Technology and Information Management, People and Human Resources, facilities, shared services, compliance, risk management, and organizational resilience. Integrates senior functional leaders, improves operating models, oversees financial and technology stewardship, strengthens cybersecurity and controls, manages enterprise risks, and partners with executive and Board leadership. The role drives modernization, automation, business continuity, talent development, vendor governance, and cross-functional operational effectiveness across Oxfam America and its global confederation.

Leads full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers on equitable selection processes, talent pipelines, candidate engagement, and hiring analytics. Coordinates onboarding, orientation, employment documentation, HR systems, and cross-functional logistics. Manages intern, fellow, and volunteer programs while maintaining recruitment tools, records, and standard operating procedures. Advises executives and stakeholders, ensures compliance with U.S. employment requirements, and improves recruiting and onboarding practices through data and feedback.
