Lead and grow the commerce product design organization, define strategic vision for DTC/B2B/membership experiences, set design policy and standards, drive data-informed UX and A/B experimentation, partner cross-functionally with Product/Engineering/Marketing, hire and mentor designers, and explore AI-enabled personalization to improve revenue-driving user experiences.

Own and administer the Pigment EPM platform: build and maintain FP&A and supply-chain models, manage data integrations, run change governance and SOX-aligned audit trails, support stakeholders and UAT, create documentation and training, and drive platform improvements and adoption.

Support day-to-day execution of regulated clinical trials for SaMD: maintain study documentation, training records, trackers, and audit-ready processes; coordinate CROs/vendors/sites; ensure version control and operational readiness; and collaborate cross-functionally to meet study milestones.
