Manage a high-volume caseload of mortgage default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence; appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings; develop litigation strategies; conduct legal research; and advise clients on case status, legal developments, and risks. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to achieve efficient outcomes.

Responsibilities include handling caseloads, drafting pleadings and motions, appearing at hearings and court proceedings, developing litigation strategies, advising clients, conducting legal research, and collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams. The role requires Michigan bar admission, at least five years of litigation experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to manage high-volume work independently.
