Assists the Store Manager with retail and wholesale operations, sales, profitability, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, payroll, safety, customer service, and store or HUB delivery operations. Supervises team members, supports recruiting and performance management, maintains store and vehicle appearance, oversees commercial sales and returns, and coordinates delivery routes when assigned.

Supports store managers with sales, retail operations, staffing, training, safety compliance, customer calls, accounting, cash management, fleet maintenance, scheduling, payroll, profitability, and performance monitoring. Supervises team members, participates in recruiting and evaluations, manages store appearance and security, reviews financial and productivity metrics, and prepares for transitions into store management positions.

Supervises daily hub and city delivery operations, including dispatchers, delivery specialists, routing, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shrinkage controls, scheduling, payroll coverage, vehicle maintenance, inspections, and expense management. Ensures safe driving, route efficiency, timely invoicing, driver training, approved MVRs, and drug-test compliance. Supports hiring, performance evaluations, customer service, and coordination with spoke stores and store management.
