Supervises daily hub and city delivery operations, including dispatchers, delivery specialists, routing, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shrinkage controls, scheduling, payroll coverage, vehicle maintenance, inspections, and expense management. Ensures safe driving, route efficiency, timely invoicing, driver training, approved MVRs, and drug-test compliance. Supports hiring, performance evaluations, customer service, and coordination with spoke stores and store management.

Supports store managers during management transitions by supervising retail operations, team members, recruiting, training, safety, sales, cash management, fleet maintenance, scheduling, payroll, profitability, and KPI performance. The role assists with hiring, employee evaluations, customer calls, compliance, store appearance, accounting reviews, and operational improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, leadership skills, automotive parts knowledge, and completion of required management and sales training.
