The Staff Analyst will design analytical frameworks, lead business case development, and provide insights across departments while mastering insurance analytics.

Lead design and launch of Openly's Auto Casualty, Property Liability, and Litigation claims teams. Build processes, vendor partnerships, segmentation rules, metrics, and automated reporting. Drive regulatory compliance, operational performance (loss, LAE, cycle time), talent development, cross-functional collaboration, and industry representation while leveraging technology and data to optimize claims outcomes and customer experience.

Design, build, test, and maintain backend services and APIs for an insurance platform. Integrate external services and data providers, improve system stability, performance, and scalability, participate in architecture discussions, mentor teammates, and support internal tooling and deployment practices.
