Lead workforce planning and staffing modeling to support sales, operations, support, and inspection teams. Analyze capacity, identify inefficiencies, recommend process and staffing changes, build dashboards and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to meet revenue targets and operational SLAs.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts through outside sales, relationship building, targeted campaigns, product demonstrations, and data-driven sales strategies. Travel to customers (~25%), perform discovery, solve customer pain points, and expand portfolios by acquiring new customers and optimizing account performance.

Lead design and rewrite of cloud-native core systems. Build scalable back-end services and front-end features, drive architecture and testing discussions, mentor engineers, and improve telemetry, performance, and reliability.
