Develop visual narratives across digital, social, film, print, and experiential formats; direct photography, illustration, and video; translate complex AI concepts into accessible visual stories; collaborate with writers, designers, marketers, product teams, and external partners; and maintain and evolve OpenAI’s visual brand system.

Leads creative direction for global growth initiatives across B2B and B2C audiences, including paid media, social, lifecycle, launches, and emerging channels. Translates business goals, audience insights, and performance data into scalable creative concepts. Directs agencies and collaborates with marketing, brand, product, production, design, writing, motion, and strategy teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-quality work while improving creative processes and experimentation.

Leads economic development strategy for infrastructure sites, including incentive negotiations, stakeholder relationships, community-benefit commitments, and approval-risk assessment. Coordinates with site selection, land, power, legal, finance, and community engagement teams. Supports agreement-linked commitments and transitions local relationships to community engagement leaders as projects advance.
