Own and operate global variable compensation programs for GTM teams: design scalable commission processes, administer payouts, manage policy implementation, triage field support, perform reconciliations and audits, produce reporting and dashboards, and partner with Legal, Finance, HRIS, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable compensation administration.

Own executive relationships at major Oil & Gas accounts, drive the full sales cycle for OpenAI products, identify high-value AI use cases, coordinate cross-functional teams for deployment, manage consumption revenue and forecasts, and inform product and corporate strategy.

Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering execution for self-built data center campuses, integrating civil, electrical, mechanical, utilities, permitting, and construction. Develop integrated execution plans, manage schedules, risks, technical changes, and stakeholder coordination to support commissioning and operational handoff.

Lead the architecture of backend services and distributed systems for OpenAI's B2B engineering team, ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure products.
