Lead community engagement for OpenAI data center projects in Effingham County and the Savannah MSA: build relationships with local leaders and organizations, design and execute engagement strategies, represent OpenAI at public forums, coordinate with Economic Development and Environmental leads on benefits and stewardship, develop proactive communications, monitor community sentiment, manage reputational risk, and create a scalable community engagement playbook.

Lead on-site technical authority for datacenter hardware reliability and fleet health. Troubleshoot complex hardware failures, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, coordinate with vendors and cloud providers, establish maintenance standards and runbooks, support new hardware introductions and spare parts strategy, mentor technicians, and analyze failure trends to improve reliability across large-scale GPU and server deployments.

Own and operate global variable compensation programs for GTM teams: design scalable commission processes, administer payouts, manage policy implementation, triage field support, perform reconciliations and audits, produce reporting and dashboards, and partner with Legal, Finance, HRIS, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable compensation administration.
