Lead technical delivery for complex, security-cleared customer AI deployments from prototype through production adoption. Translate business goals into delivery plans, coordinate engineering, research, product, and customer teams, manage dependencies and risks, establish readiness criteria, track adoption and impact, and drive secure implementation in approved environments. The role also codifies reusable deployment patterns, supports change management, and communicates progress through approved channels.

Lead end-to-end technical deployments for enterprise and cleared customers. Build production frontend and backend systems, reusable deployment capabilities, integrations, testing, observability, and human-review workflows. Partner with customer security and infrastructure teams on restricted environments, deployment readiness, release procedures, and operational handoff. Coach teammates, capture reusable practices, troubleshoot with limited tooling, and translate customer insights into product feedback. The role requires an active U.S. government clearance and up to 50% travel.
