Operate and improve large-scale on-premises infrastructure across bare-metal servers, VMs, storage, networking, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and Kafka. Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible and related infrastructure-as-code tools, maintain observability and reliability, troubleshoot hardware and operating systems, manage disaster recovery, and support incident response. The role requires onsite work weekly at a designated data center and participation in on-call rotations.

Own and grow a portfolio of channel partners (agents, MSPs, resellers), drive partner-sourced pipeline via co-selling and enablement, recruit and activate partners, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, forecast and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, leverage AI tools for outreach and enablement, represent FluentStream at events, and surface program improvements to cross-functional teams.

Drive new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Qualify, run discovery, demo products, handle objections, and close smaller deals (≤10 users). Maintain Salesforce activity and forecasts, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Growth, and stay current on UCaaS/telecom trends.
