Manages contract compliance and vendor relations for transportation and delivery service providers. Acts as a liaison between operations and vendors, supports dispute resolution, inspects insurance, DOT/FMCSA, licensing, and permit compliance, and communicates findings and corrective actions. Trains personnel on vendor communications and contract requirements. The role requires independent problem-solving, strong analytical and communication skills, and up to 60% travel to company locations.

Drives new business growth across large retail and e-commerce accounts by building executive relationships, managing the full enterprise sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and onboarding clients. The role manages territory strategy, account deliverables, customer expectations, and trade show or conference representation while collaborating with enterprise sales leadership.

Leads cross-functional go-to-market programs and commercial initiatives by managing schedules, dependencies, readiness, risks, decisions, budgets, and executive reporting. Supports OnTrac’s strategic partner program through onboarding, referrals, incentives, contracts, billing, lead management, issue resolution, and new partnership development. Coordinates Marketing, Service Development, Commercial, Pricing, Legal, Operations, IT, and other teams in complex logistics-related environments.
