Develop and maintain automated tests across REST/API, GUI, performance, ETL, and other testing layers. Validate financial software workflows, usability, compatibility, and performance while supporting AI-assisted development. Improve test frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production issues, participate in Agile teams, and collaborate with engineering and product partners. Apply BDD, TDD, automation, and customer-focused quality practices in a financial trading technology environment.

Design, build, and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation for hybrid cloud and bare-metal environments. Develop Terraform modules, Ansible roles, Spacelift pipelines, and provisioning workflows for Windows/Linux, VMware, AWS and Alibaba Cloud. Automate bare-metal OS deployment, imaging, patching, and lifecycle management; implement validation, drift detection, and change controls; collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to standardize self-service provisioning and improve operational reliability and auditability.

Coordinates and delivers complex cross-functional software and non-software initiatives. Responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, managing software releases, coordinating stakeholders, tracking metrics, creating project plans, and identifying and mitigating delivery risks. The role also drives organizational change, process improvement, communication, and accountability across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Client Services, and executive teams.
