Own end-to-end matching and ranking systems for out-of-home advertising: design candidate generation and re-ranking models, build and manage data warehouse and pipelines, implement evaluation and monitoring, publish low-latency ranking APIs, and maintain model observability and retraining workflows.

Support end-to-end out-of-home (OOH) campaign planning and execution: audience research, market selection, proposal delivery, vendor management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with account, creative, and product teams, use internal planning tools and spreadsheets, and present plans to clients while contributing product feedback.

Coordinate B2B marketing execution across content, social media, events, campaigns, customer marketing, website updates, and sales enablement. Manage contractors and agency partners, maintain content calendars, support demand generation in HubSpot, report on performance using GA4 and HubSpot, and ensure brand consistency and quality. The role requires strong writing, organization, communication, creativity, AI fluency, and a proactive, data-curious approach.
