Brand Management Intern supporting Ocean Spray’s Beverage Innovation team across brand strategy, commercialization, business cases, sales and marketing strategies, product and packaging development, consumer discovery, and emerging food and beverage trends. The intern will own project workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, present recommendations to senior leadership, and gain experience throughout the innovation cycle.

Lead identification, sizing, and shaping of enterprise initiatives that drive measurable business value. Partner with executives, Finance, HR, and functional leaders to build a prioritized, decision-ready portfolio of initiatives with clear business cases, success metrics, and value handoffs into execution. Support governance, prioritization, and executive decision-making.

Lead P&L and growth strategy for Craisins, Cranberry Sauce, and Fresh Cranberries across Grocery, Mass, and Club channels. Drive full-funnel marketing, portfolio renovation, seasonal planning, and cross-functional execution. Coach and develop direct reports, translate insights into actions, and deliver revenue, profit, and brand equity goals for the USA Foods business.
