Lead Ocean Spray's organic social vision and content strategy. Develop content frameworks, drive creator partnerships and platform innovation, manage agencies and social tech, build social team capabilities, set KPIs, translate insights into action, and communicate performance to senior leadership.

Develop, maintain, and optimize sales, media, and buyer behavior reports and dashboards. Perform SQL/Excel data pulls and ad hoc analyses, standardize KPIs, support centralized reporting migrations, and deliver insights to drive sales and profitability across stakeholders.

Partner with commercial teams to manage end-to-end P&L: lead month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, variance and trade analyses, build financial models and automation, and provide data-driven insights to support pricing, promotions, and new-product decisions.

Lead a team delivering advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and ML to inform marketing, pricing, demand and sales decisions. Partner cross-functionally, manage complex internal/external datasets, maintain analytics infrastructure, drive automation, and translate model outputs into clear business recommendations while developing analytics talent and standards.
