Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and estimates Appian low-code application features in an Agile environment. Collaborates with functional, testing, engineering, and client teams to deliver business solutions, participates in sprint ceremonies and demonstrations, conducts peer reviews, mentors junior staff, and shares technical best practices.

Develop and test digital solutions on the Appian low-code platform in an Agile environment. Responsibilities include designing features, estimating sprint work, collaborating with functional and testing teams, participating in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, presenting sprint demonstrations, supporting architecture and proof-of-concept work, and sharing technical knowledge. The role requires Appian development experience, troubleshooting skills, SQL and database knowledge, and eligibility for a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.

Develops and implements Microsoft Power Platform applications, automated workflows, integrations, data solutions, and supporting documentation. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, performs testing and troubleshooting, participates in design and code reviews, supports releases and production systems, and collaborates with technical and business stakeholders. The role also identifies technical risks, supports performance improvements, and follows established development, security, documentation, and quality standards.
