Provide 24x7 help desk support for a U.S. government customer, troubleshooting COTS and custom desktop/web applications, databases, and user account issues; escalate complex problems, support data application operations and migrations, and collaborate with developers and engineers in an Agile environment.

Lead design, implementation, and operational support of secure, scalable integrations and APIs across cloud and hybrid environments. Drive event-driven architectures, payment-processing continuity, observability, CI/CD support, and production troubleshooting. Serve as technical lead for Agile integration pods, coordinate with stakeholders, document patterns, and ensure resiliency and compliance for mission-critical enterprise integration workflows.

Serve as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and development teams: gather and document business and technical requirements, translate code logic into user stories, support implementation and integrations, identify AI/automation opportunities, perform system analysis, maintain documentation and data flows, and facilitate testing and stakeholder demos.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support platform configuration, conduct gap analyses, facilitate solution design, UAT, and Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with federal IT compliance.

Design and own data migration strategy and architecture. Map source-to-target data models, build data dictionaries, perform migrations and testing, reconcile results, and collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful modernization.
