Own revenue and marketing forecasting, drive scenario planning and investment prioritization, partner with CMO and SVP on strategic insights, build and manage a high-performing finance team, and improve planning tools and AI-enabled workflows to support DTC and e-commerce decision making.

Manage short- and long-term supply planning, oversee contract manufacturers and vendors, reconcile inventory and production, set safety stock and reorder parameters, support launches and S&OP, optimize data/processes and maintain ERP/MRP master data to meet inventory and service KPIs.
