Support month-end and year-end close for operating expenses, prepare and review journal entries, manage accruals/prepaids/fixed-asset reconciliations, perform balance sheet and P&L flux analysis, categorize bank transactions, assist accounts payable and vendor inquiries, and provide audit support and ad-hoc reporting.

Lead organic social strategy and execution for Nutrafol and Nutrafol Men, developing platform-native content, managing community and creators, partnering cross-functionally on campaigns, optimizing performance through analytics, and managing budgets and production to drive brand awareness and business impact.

Support day-to-day execution of Nutrafol's organic social across Women's and Men's brands: manage calendars, publish and optimize platform-native content, coordinate creators and testimonials, assist shoots and short-form editing, track approvals/budgets, surface trends, and support community moments and cross-functional briefs to ensure timely, high-quality social campaign delivery.
