Supports field Account Executives and clients by preparing quotes and proposals, processing orders, managing order status, coordinating with vendors and delivery teams, resolving client issues, and advising on internal and vendor processes. The role also prioritizes requests, supports sales growth, negotiates order discrepancies, and ensures service-level commitments are met.

Drive new enterprise business by identifying opportunities, developing Microsoft partner and customer relationships, qualifying prospects, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and expanding existing accounts. The role requires technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms, professional services sales experience, CRM proficiency, customer presentations, stakeholder communication, and coordination with sales engineers, deployment teams, and project managers.

Identify and close enterprise sales opportunities, expand existing accounts, build relationships with Microsoft teams and strategic partners, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, demonstrate Microsoft solutions, and coordinate internal sales, engineering, deployment, and project resources to achieve revenue goals.
