Manage tax and audit engagements with minimal supervision; perform engagement reviews; supervise and mentor staff; conduct client-specific research and strengthen client relationships; improve team profitability through efficient time management; pursue CPA if not licensed; may work evenings/weekends and travel domestically as needed.

Paid internship to support tax and audit engagements: complete engagements, identify issues, conduct client-specific research and analysis, prepare reports, develop client relationships, and assist on projects under supervision.

Advise affordable housing developers on LIHTC (9% and 4%) transactions from feasibility through closing. Lead application and allocation strategy, evaluate underwriting and capital stacks, review pro formas, advise on equity pricing, coordinate with stakeholders, support closings and 8609 issuance, mentor staff, and contribute to practice knowledge sharing.
