The Senior Accountant manages tax and audit engagements with minimal supervision, conducts reviews and business research, identifies problems, maintains client relationships, and supervises Staff Accountants. The role also involves managing engagement profitability, completing professional training, meeting firm deadlines, and pursuing CPA licensure. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of public accounting experience, strong accounting and tax knowledge, communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, and domestic travel requirements.

Manages audit and attest engagements with minimal supervision, conducts engagement reviews, researches business issues, develops client relationships, and supervises Staff Accountants. The role supports engagement management, problem solving, team profitability, and audit-specific technical development. Candidates should have accounting or finance education, public accounting experience, strong auditing knowledge, communication and organizational skills, and progress toward CPA licensure. Domestic travel, evenings, and weekends may be required.
