Lead and advise on complex 9% and 4% LIHTC developments from feasibility through closing. Manage client relationships, underwriting, applications, agency interactions, financial modeling, equity pricing, and mentor staff while contributing to practice best practices.

Manage tax engagements with minimal supervision, perform engagement reviews, supervise and mentor staff, conduct tax research, strengthen client relationships, improve team profitability, meet firm deadlines, and work toward obtaining a CPA. May require occasional evenings, weekends, and domestic travel; positions may be remote or hybrid depending on needs.
