Advise R&D on invention protection and IP strategy; build and manage patent portfolios; prepare and prosecute filings; render patentability, validity, and freedom-to-operate opinions; support due diligence, transactions, and outside counsel relationships; and deliver high-quality IP advice aligned with business goals.

Provide hands-on discovery bioanalytical support using LC-MS workflows to assess PK/TK of small molecules and novel modalities. Develop and implement quantitative methods and sample preparation (SPE, LLE, IMC), set up new LC-MS workflows, mentor junior staff, analyze and report data, collaborate with cross-functional teams and CROs, and explore automation/software to improve lab efficiency.

Lead and oversee early-phase translational clinical trials from design through final reporting. Manage global, matrixed study teams and vendors, develop protocols and execution plans, ensure quality and data integrity, conduct clinical data review, mentor junior staff, and advance digital and patient-centric trial approaches to accelerate therapy development.
