Coordinate production schedules, inventory and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery. Translate SIOP forecasts into Oracle MRP-driven production plans, analyze inventory and long-lead items, expedite finished goods when necessary, recommend actions for stockouts/allocations, and partner with Sales, Customer Care, Product Management and Buyers to optimize inventory and improve planning efficiency.

Support administration, analysis, and governance of global total rewards programs across compensation, benefits, and mobility. Perform market pricing, job leveling, annual compensation planning, benefits administration, vendor coordination, mobility case management, and reporting. Act as data steward and partner to HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and regional teams while handling sensitive employee data confidentially.

Provide commercial contract negotiation and corporate legal support for a public, acquisitive manufacturing/tech company. Lead contracting process improvements and use of contract/AI technologies, advise on SEC/Nasdaq compliance, and support Tax, Treasury, Finance and corporate functions while partnering cross-functionally to manage legal risk and drive efficiency.
