Own and standardize recurring transfer pricing processes: quarterly adjustments, documentation tracking, intercompany agreements, and forecast inputs. Support international tax matters (BEAT, FDII/FDDEI, GILTI, Pillar Two), coordinate with advisors, assist with tax filings and audits, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead a team of quality and safety professionals to ensure manufacturing compliance with ISO and FDA standards. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections; drive CAPA and root cause analysis; support EHS programs and audits; develop KPIs; collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain; and support NPIs with validation and risk assessments to improve yield and product quality.

Lead investor relations for a publicly traded med‑tech company: develop and deliver the investor narrative, manage earnings/disclosures and SEC compliance, engage institutional investors and analysts, provide market intelligence to leadership, support capital markets and M&A communications, and prepare Board materials.
