Convert algorithms (FIR, FFT, arctan) from software models to Verilog, integrate communication protocols, develop testbenches, perform hardware/software integration, and support manufacturing and field debugging.

Own and standardize recurring transfer pricing processes: quarterly adjustments, documentation tracking, intercompany agreements, and forecast inputs. Support international tax matters (BEAT, FDII/FDDEI, GILTI, Pillar Two), coordinate with advisors, assist with tax filings and audits, and drive process improvements and automation.

Design and build Snowflake transformation layer and migrate legacy SQL to versioned dbt models. Hands-on work in dbt, SQL, and Python with stakeholder collaboration and governance for financial and operational data.

Lead IT sourcing for applications, software, cloud services and consulting. Develop sourcing strategies, run RFP/RFI, manage vendor relationships and performance, negotiate contracts, analyze spend for cost savings, ensure regulatory compliance (medical device, data privacy), and collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to deliver required IT resources.

Manage and grow Novanta's Robotics & Automation channel in North America by developing channel strategy, onboarding and training partners, negotiating contracts/pricing, building partner business plans, tracking performance in Salesforce, and driving revenue growth through distributor and OEM relationships.

Lead and build a global marketing function to define positioning and the "store intelligence" narrative.
