Leads strategic initiatives across Transfer Agency to improve operational effectiveness, redesign processes, implement technology-enabled transformations, and enhance governance. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders, facilitates workshops, develops future-state operating models, creates metrics and dashboards, supports change management, and monitors benefits realization. The role identifies automation opportunities, documents workflows, supports adoption and training, and drives continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making.

Manages and grows a portfolio of insurance clients requiring custody, asset servicing, investment, banking, credit, accounting, and treasury solutions. Builds relationships, identifies client needs, develops strategic relationship plans, drives profitability, leads service reviews, coordinates internal experts, resolves issues, advises clients on financial and industry developments, and supports prospecting and new business efforts with insurance companies.

Leads and executes first-line control testing, including walkthroughs, design and operating effectiveness testing. Documents test work, analyzes results, identifies deficiencies, drafts reports, and escalates follow-ups. Collaborates with stakeholders to remediate risk areas and improve operational and compliance processes. Supports control projects and corporate risk initiatives while managing multiple deadlines independently. The role requires risk and control testing experience, financial services and regulatory knowledge, understanding of control frameworks, strong analytics, and effective communication.
