Ten-week internship supporting enterprise operations through NAV reporting and calculations, researching and resolving processing inquiries, preparing correcting entries, improving servicing processes, and enhancing client servicing and management reporting tools. Interns also participate in professional development, networking, mentorship, and cross-functional projects, with potential career paths in accounting and fund administration, market operations, and integrated portfolio services.

Originate and close complex fund administration mandates across institutional, alternatives, and hedge fund clients. Lead multi-product sales pursuits, advise on operating model design and scalability, manage end-to-end RFPs, structure commercial proposals, drive deal execution, and expand relationships through cross-sell and industry engagement.

Plan, execute, and report audits of the AML/Financial Crimes program. Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls (KYC/CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, risk assessment). Produce findings, present recommendations, and coach audit teams while ensuring adherence to audit methodology and documentation standards.

Identifies and qualifies prospective nonprofit and institutional clients, profiles opportunities, aligns prospects with investment and wealth management solutions, and supports Regional Directors throughout the sales process. Coordinates RFP responses, fee proposals, finalist presentations, pipeline reporting, outreach campaigns, thought leadership events, and sales marketing initiatives. Requires knowledge of OCIO services, nonprofit organizations, and Northern Trust capabilities.

Lead strategy and continuous improvement of the Asset Servicing client digital journey. Align stakeholders across product, UX, and engineering, define problems and outcomes, prioritize initiatives, drive adoption of digital platforms, and measure business and client outcomes.

Lead new-client development and solutions sales for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Build and execute a business development strategy, cultivate professional networks and COIs, advise on estate, wealth transfer, and tax planning, and coordinate client onboarding and handoff to internal teams. Serve as a local brand ambassador and work collaboratively with specialists to convert prospects and expand relationships.

Lead the global accounting product portfolio across funds, insurance, and partnerships. Set strategy and roadmaps, integrate accounting, data, reporting and service capabilities, engage clients and stakeholders, drive pricing and financial performance, support capital and investment decisions, and ensure delivery, governance, risk controls, and cross-functional alignment.

Drive new client acquisition and relationship management for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Build and execute business development strategies, engage centers of influence, present Northern Trust fiduciary, estate, tax, trust, and investment solutions, and transition clients to service teams. Represent the firm in community and philanthropic organizations and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored wealth management solutions.

Designs, develops, and delivers Fund Accounting training and curricula (new hire, i2i, system rollouts). Partners with SMEs and stakeholders, evaluates program effectiveness, maintains training inventory, and mentors junior staff while supporting global rollout and continuous improvement.

Lead design, delivery and evaluation of Fund Accounting learning programs. Consult with managers to translate business needs into curricula, oversee global and local training rollouts (including i2i and new-hire programs), manage L&D team assignments, act as project manager for major initiatives, and maintain quality and continual improvement of training materials and system rollouts.

Lead and grow relationships with complex institutional securities lending clients. Advise senior stakeholders, develop tailored solutions and pricing strategies, coordinate internal teams, educate clients on market and regulatory developments, identify cross-sell opportunities, and recommend product and process improvements to enhance client outcomes and profitability.
